Inversion is a sci-fi action game at its best. The protagonists are two ordinary cops, Davis Russell and Leo Delgado, both of whom are known as tough cops. That is, until the Luthadors, unimaginable beings that resemble mutated humans, attacked Earth. Taking over the planet in a matter of days, they kill most of the population and send the rest to concentration camps, where the slaves dig something strange out of the ground. Heroes manage to escape, taking with them Gravlink, a weapon that allows you to change the weight of objects and gravity in general. The cannon can be used to create additional cover, or, for example, to pin enemies to the ground. An important aspect of gameplay are locations where you can change the fulcrum: activating a special portal, the gamer turns the wall into a floor, which fundamentally changes the experience.

The storyline is passed in 6-8 hours, it is sprinkled with unexpected twists and ending to delight. During the course of the game, you will have to fight a dozen bosses, each with their own skills. A solid arsenal of terrestrial and futuristic cannons, created by luthadors, is provided to eliminate them. Survival is also present: endless battle with aliens attacking in waves. Both the campaign and side modes are available in two-player co-op.
